It's going to be interesting to see how our Michigan readers try to spin this.
It seems fairly obvious that they violated the spirit (and almost certainly the letter) of the rules.
Even if they didn't, it's bad news when your players are complaining about long hours before the season starts.
Players who have left the program are always suspect, as they might be bitter. Players who are still in the program, though, are pretty reliable. Since RichRod hasn't been there long, it might take a couple seasons for a starter to come forward. That would be the most solid evidence.
