Disappointing Season for Maryland Lacrosse

This post sponsored by Sportsbetting.com, the best sportsbook online.

After a good regular season that left them ranked #3 in the country, Maryland fell to Notre Dame in lacrosse.  Bringing another disappointing postseason finish for Terps lacrosse.  In the wake of that loss, Dave Cottle is out, which is not too surprising given his postseason woes.

For a school with such a rich lacrosse history, it’s crazy that the Terps haven’t won a National Championship in 35 years.  Hopefully the coaching change will help things, but I can’t help but feel like the program has been stuck in a rut.
