Bad picks

I didn't get to watch any football the past two weekends, because I was out of the country. I tried to catch up on what I missed in order to make my picks for this week, and I thought I was caught up.

For example, I knew that the Rams still suck, and that Bulger was out. I missed (or forgot) a key piece of information, though. There was a point early in the Rams-Ravens game today when I realized that I had picked Gus Ferotte against the Ravens defense. Oops.

The Ravens D finally looked decent again. It's about time.

But you were smart enough to bench Jamal Lewis. It's going to be a battle to the finish between us at fantasy this week.

Battle to the finish between Jeremy and Brien is akin to Miami and St. Louis battling for the first pick of the draft in Week 17.

Sure, it matters to somebody.

If no one comments on my FSU post, I'm posting Jenn Sturger picks every day for the next 30 days (and I have nudes).

Oops, Sterger. For some reason, I have a tendency to think "turgid" when I think of her, and I mess up the vowels.

The Magic 8 Ball must be rigged. It's going to win this week and extend its lead...

I know this has nothing to do with this subject...but, lets see a show of hands of those who were shocked that Kentucky beat LSU in triple over time. Being a big fan of Kentucky and knowing they have never really been known for their football team, I was floored! For my brother....GOOOOOO Wildcats!

I'm not showing my hand, because I recall a freak tipped Hail Mary that landed in an LSU player's hand, resulting in an 80-yard game-saving touchdown. Kentucky has been knocking on a door for a while. I'm glad someone finally let them in.

As long as we are responding to this...

There is very little surprise in LSU losing at a good team's stadium. I was half-expecting this.
