Michael Vick - Stupider and Stupider

So while out on bond pending sentencing, word today is that Michael Vick has tested positive for marijuana. Judge Hudson placed Vick on curfew from 10pm - 6am with electronic monitoring and random urinalysis. Vick is really lucky that he didn't get 24-hour home detention pending sentencing. I don't have much time to talk about this, nor do I think it really warrants that much discussion. But Vick seems to be doing everything he can do to cause Hudson to go above the Guidelines of 12-18 months and sentence him to more jail time. Nothing, and I mean nothing, pisses a judge off more than a Defendant who blows bond like that, especially with full knowledge that you're being supervised, and with full knowledge that you need to be on your best behavior pending sentencing. That Vick family must have lived under power lines in Newport News.

I think this is one of those situations where he feels he is already in so much trouble that what the hell add this to list of charges against me....or maybe he just doesn't get it... the judge is done playing with him. I think this man has finally ran into a person who doesn't think he's all that and will make an example of him...who wants to be his lawyer cause I am sure his is banging his head in the door jam right about now.

I think this is one of those situations where we find out the NFL substance abuse policy is wink-wink nudge-nudge in the offseason. I mean seriously, he was carrying jewelry in a secret water bottle compartment coming back from the Bahamas? Yeah, I buy that.

the water bottle with the secret compartment for his jewerly reminds of stacy keach of the mike hammer show. for those of you who never saw the reruns or don't remember the early 80's show, he was a pretty popular actor before his shaving cream incident when he was caught sneaking cocaine back into the states inside the fake bottom shaving cream. And with all the bling that you see players with not only off but on the field why did he find it necessary to hide it? and with all the recent uproar about drug use in the pro wrestling sport, why aren't they more on the top of the use of drugs in nfl? I know if I got hit each and every week by a 300 lb guy, I would need some drugs to get me through the day.

Respect for the law doesn't seem to run in the Vick family. Marcus had a sexual assault charge and was caught with some weed before he even played a down at VT. Even with all his potential and the love VT has for the Vicks, Marcus was kicked out after stomping on Elvis in front of everyone. His older brother Mike doesn't seem to be any smarter.
